HELPFUL HINTS FOR YOUR WALK PART TWO

• While most of the tracks we walk on are in very good repair, mother nature has a habit of throwing up some random events from time to time. The footwear you bring should be sturdy and comfortable, keep in mind that nature will cause your feet to get wet sometimes!
• If you are currently taking medication, make sure you have plenty for your time away from home.
• If you are using a new pack for the first time, its always a good idea to put some weight in it and go for a few short walks to make sure it feels comfortable prior to your big walk. If in doubt in how to adjust the straps,head into your local outdoor shop for some advice.
